In an ordinary life, there is a group of lovely people who stick to their ordinary positions and do ordinary and admirable things, making society full of the beauty of ordinary harmony; Let's send a message to these lovely people: You have worked hard!
It should be noted that security guards may encounter emergencies, unexpected events, and difficult problems in their daily duties; How to deal with it is crucial. Sometimes, if one cannot handle it well, it may be difficult to please or even violate discipline and law. Therefore, security guards need to master three principles during execution;
One is the principle of lawful disposal, where security guards do not have the power to enforce the law to stop illegal activities. Generally, they can only persuade, persuade, isolate, intercept suspects, and, if necessary, report to the police or take emergency measures for legitimate defense; There should be no physical assault, punishment, restriction of personal freedom, or physical search of others.
The second is to pay attention to the principle of evidence. Security personnel should learn to observe and determine whether a person's appearance, words and actions, clothing, etc. are abnormal in order to take measures and discover evidence of a suspect's crime. In addition, they should also learn to use video surveillance duty recorders and mobile phone recording functions to preserve evidence and better complete their duty tasks.
The third principle is self-protection: when facing serious threats to the life and safety of malicious criminals, security guards can subdue the criminals on site if conditions permit. In situations where there is a clear balance of power between the enemy and ourselves, where we are outnumbered, fighting alone, and it is difficult to defeat the enemy, we cannot rely solely on bravery. We should protect ourselves and not advocate for fearless sacrifice.
