Fire drill days of each project

On November 9 every year, It's World Fire Protection Day "November 9 is the same as the fire alarm telephone number 119. This is the autumn and winter in China. The air is dry and the fire is frequent. The lack of fire safety knowledge and the weak awareness of fire safety can always let us see and hear the lessons of blood. In order to do a good job in enterprise safety, strengthen the awareness of fire safety, accumulate practical experience in collective evacuation, fire rescue, emergency organization, and build a safe and harmonious enterprise development. To this end, Kunshan Jiusheng, a security company, successfully organized fire escape emergency drills in various projects and listened to lectures on fire knowledge.

Purpose of fire drill

Master the command essentials of personnel evacuation and escape, and improve the evacuation ability of management personnel; Master the basic knowledge and essentials of early fire fighting; Be familiar with the use of fire extinguishers.

Fire drill properties

1、 Participants

1. All staff of Jiusheng drill.

2. Drill time: November 9, 2022.

2、 Coordination and preparation before drill

1. The drill is under the unified command and coordination of the project leader.

2. At the morning meeting on November 7, the drill plan was communicated. Each department determined the list of personnel participating in the drill and reported it to the General Affairs Department in advance.

3. The General Affairs Department shall be responsible for the preparation of equipment and materials for the drill and ensure the normal operation of the fire control system.

4. A fire point is preset on the first floor, and an oil basin fire point is preset in the parking lot. The setting of the preset fire point and site safety are the responsibility of the General Affairs Department.

5. Arrange 5 shift personnel to collect on-site data in each area and report to the General Affairs Department for filing.

6. The participants shall gather in the parking lot on time, and the General Affairs Department shall arrange the division of labor and tasks of the personnel, and arrive at the designated location as instructed for standby.

3、 The drill step alarm shall be reported to the department manager immediately after the fire is found, the comprehensive affairs department shall report the fire to the general affairs department by telephone immediately after the fire is confirmed, and the general affairs department shall report the evacuation to the manager on duty immediately.

According to the development of the fire, the top fire fighting personnel at the scene suggested to the commander that all people should evacuate. After the commander confirmed the evacuation, he issued the evacuation order to each area through the fire broadcast. After hearing the evacuation order, the participants should evacuate immediately, and quickly and orderly evacuate to the parking lot and other safety areas through the fire channel. After confirming that there are no remaining people at the scene, all the participants should evacuate to the parking lot, waiting for the next action.

Fire fighting equipment learning:

The personnel of the fire fighting team immediately rushed to the parking lot to gather, and immediately entered the scene to extinguish the fire after receiving the order. Use a shovel to shovel sand to put out the oil fire on the ground, and sprinkle fine sand directly on the oil cover to put out the fire. Use a 5kg dry powder extinguisher to shake the extinguisher upside down for a few times, then remove the safety pin, aim the nozzle at the root of the fire, and press the switch to extinguish the fire. After the demonstration, the participants will also participate in, learn and use.

After the drill is completed, the participants return to the parking lot to gather and wait for the commander's comments. Return to work after dissolution.

Fire drill summary
