A Banner of Gratitude, a Token of Recognition! Recently, Ms. Zhang, an owner from Huqiao Greenland Yiyuan, specially presented a banner filled with thanks—a heartfelt gesture born from an act of kindness in returning lost property.

Recently, our security guard Tian Hua stationed in the community carried out patrol work as usual and carefully discovered a lost package on the way. When I opened the confirmation item, I found more than ten bank cards neatly stored inside. Considering that the bank card is an important item, Tian Hua immediately sent the package to the community monitoring room for safekeeping, waiting for the owner to claim it.
For the next five or six days, no one came to claim the package. In order to avoid any delay caused by the loss of the main card, Tian Hua took the initiative to follow up and contacted multiple parties based on the daily service information of the community, ultimately successfully contacting the owner.
