Preface

In order to improve the quality of project services, Kunshan Security Company Jiusheng Supervision and Management Department will conduct supervision and inspection of various projects in the Jiangsu area from August 21, 2021 to the frontline employees, strengthen the quality of project management, and further enhance the standardization and refinement of project management.

This supervision has been highly valued and strongly supported by the leaders of our company. The general manager emphasized the instructions to effectively implement the supervision work, enhance the quality awareness of all employees, and improve the quality of project management.

01 Leaders supervise the work of employees on site

All projects responded positively to this supervision and obeyed and cooperated. The inspectors used the methods of reading materials, on-site inspections, and face-to-face questions and answers, and spot-checked 9 projects in our Jiangsu area under management. Afterwards, the inspection results of this project were summarized and sent to each project leader. This time the supervision has sounded a wake-up call for us. We will complete our work with higher standards to reassure the company and satisfy our customers.

While supervising, the company leaders are not afraid of the high temperature and sent summer condolences to the front-line employees, bringing warm care under the high temperature. Wherever they went, the company leaders who participated in the condolences expressed their hardships to the security guards who were sticking to their posts under the scorching sun, and asked them to do a good job in preventing heatstroke. At the same time, they asked the security guards not to relax their security work and to serve customers safely as always.
